INGREDIENTS

GRAM FLOUR- 1 CUP

RICE FLOUR- 1/2 CUP

PEPPER CRUSHED- 1 TSP

CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TSP

BUTTER- 4 TSP, TURMERIC POWDER- 1/2 tsp

SALT TO TASTE,OIL FOR FRYING

PROCEDURE- 

In a wide vessel or bowl add all the flours,salt,butter,pepper,cumin seeds,water and mix to little tight dough. Now grease the murukku achhu with oil and transfer the dough into it. When oil is hot gently make murukkus in oil and fry till it turns brown in colour and crisp in texture.
