
INGREDIENTS
POTATO- 300 GRAMS
CAPSICUM- 2 NOS
CRUSHED GARLIC- 7 CLOVES
ONION- 2 NOS
CHILI POWDER-2 TSP
CORIANDER POWDER-3 1/2 TSP
CILANTRO FOR GARNISHING
CURRY LEAVES-1 SPRIG
OIL FOR COOKING- 2 TBSP
CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TSP
SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
PREPARATION
Wash peel ,chop and steam cook potatoes and keep it aside.In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds when it starts to splutter add chopped onion saute till the onion turns translucent add crushed garlic, curry leaves, capsicum,salt,turmeric powder,chili powder,coriander powder mix well at last add boiled potato saute till all the masalas mix well with potaoes and at last add chopped cilantro over this and serve.
