CARROT STIR FRY



INGREDIENTS TO GRIND

COCONUT GRATED- 1 TBSP

GARLIC CLOVE- 4 NOS

ONION MEDIUM- 2 NOS



OTHER INGREDIENTS

CARROT- 300 GRAMS

CHILI POWDER- 1 1/2 TSP

SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE


SEASONING
OIL- 1 TBSP

MUSTARD- 1 TSP

CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TSP

CURRY LEAVES- 1 SPRIG


PREPARATION



Wash peel and chop the carrots . Boil the carrot with little salt till soft.In a pan heat



oil and add mustard, cumin when it starts to splutter add the curry leaves and at last add the ground paste,salt and stir well till the raw smell of the paste goes off.Now add chili powder to the paste and saute for 2 minutes.Over this add the boiled carrot and mix well.
