PUMPKIN-  150 GRAMS


TURMERIC POWDER- 1/2 TSP


CHILI POWDER- 2 TSP


SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
 
 
 
 



 SEASONING
 
                                                              
COCONUT OIL- 5 TSP


MUSTARD- 1 TSP


RED CHILIES


CURRY LEAVES- 1 SPRIG












PREPARATION

Wash and dice pumpkin and boil along with salt, turmeric powder,chili powder till the pumpkin turns soft and not mushy. Now add the coconut paste and cook for 2 minutes till the raw smell disappears and the paste blends well with the pumpkin.At last add the seasoning.
