INGREDIENTS

MAIZE FLOUR- 2 CUPS
RICE FLOUR- 1 CUP
SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
ONION- 2 N0S
OIL- 3 TSP
MUSTARD SEEDS- 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TSP
PREPARATION
In a vessel add maize flour,rice flour ,salt and water to form dosa batter consistency and keep it aside.In a pan heat oil add mustard,when it splutters add cumin seeds,asafoetida,chopped onion,green chilies,red chili powder,curry leaves and saute well and switch off the stove. Now add the sauteed ingredients to the dosa batter and mix well. Apply oil on dosa tava and heat now using laddle pour the batter on the tava take care not to make the batter watery. Make crispy tasty dosa.Unlike the usual dosas its not crispier,instead its of little softer texture.
