CHOW CHOW- 250 GRAMS
TURMERIC POWDER= 1/2 TSP
TOOR DHAL- 2 TBSP
SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
FOR THE SEASONING
COCONUT OIL- 5 TSP
MUSTARD- 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TSP
CURRY LEAVES- 1 SPRIG
PREPARATION
Steam diced chow chow and keep it aside. Grind all the ingredients to paste.In a pan add coconut oil and add mustard seeds,cumin,curry leaves,turmeric powder over this add the paste ,salt saute well till the raw smell of the paste goes off.over the sauteed paste add the veggie, toor dhal and cook for three minutes and switch off and garnish with cilantro
