ANDHRA STYLE BEANS CURRY


INGREDIENTS

BEANS- 400 Grams

ONION- 2 NOS

OIL- 2 TBSP






INGREDIENTS TO POWDER



ROASTED GRAM DHAL- 2 TBSP

RED CHILIES-   7 NOS

CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TSP

GARLIC CLOVES- 8 NOS

COCONUT GRATED- 1 TBSP






SEASONING

OIL

MUSTARD -1 TSP

CUMIN SEEDS- TSP

TURMERIC POWDER- 1/2 TSP

SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE

CURRY LEAVES- 1 SPRIG
 












 PREPARATION 

In a vessel boil chopped beans with salt till cooked and keep it aside. In a mixer add all the ingredients in raw form and make powder.In a pan heat add 2 tbsp oil add mustard,cumin seeds,curry leaves,add chopped onion saute till the onions turns translucent add salt,curry leaves then add cooked beans over this mix well at last add the powdered ingredients mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
