SIMPLE N TASTY BROAD BEANS CURRY





INGREDIENTS


BROAD BEANS - 250 Grams

ONION-2 NOS

MOONG DHAL- 1 TBSP

GREEN CHILIES- 2 NOS

GARLIC CLOVES- 6 NOS

CURRY LEAVES- 1 SPRIG

MUSTARD- 1 TSP

CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TSP

CHILI POWDER- 1 TSP

COCONUT GRATED- 1 TBSP

TURMERIC POWDER-1/2 TSP

SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE

OIL - 1 TBSP

 

PREPARATION

 

Wash and chop broad beans and keep it aside.Now boil the chopped broad beans along with moong dhal using little water till the beans and moong dhal gets cooked In a separate pan heat oil add mustard when it splutters add cumin seeds,chopped onion,chopped green chilies,salt,crushed garlic,curry leaves,turmeric powder, chili powder,saute well till the raw smell of the powders vanishes.Now add the boiled broad beans over this mix well.At last add 
the grated coconut over this and saute for 2 minutes.
