COCCINIA- 250 GRAMS
ONION MEDIUM SIZED- 2 NOS
DHANIYA POWDER- 2 1/2 TSP
CHILI POWDER- 1 1/2 TSP
COOKING OIL- 1 TBSP
GROUNDNUTS- 3 TSP
GARLIC CLOVE- 7 NOS
FENNEL SEEDS- 1 TSP
CURRY LEAVES- 1 SPRIG
SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
PREPARATION
Wash and chop coccinia and keep it aside.In a pan add oil when it is hot add fennel seeds when it splutters add peanuts,minced garlic,chopped onion,curry leaves add chopped coccinia,salt and cover the pan cook in sim till the veggie turns softer.Now remove the lid and add all the spice powders saute well till the veggie mixes well with the spices.
