TOOR DAL- 6 TS

CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TSP

GREEN CHILIES-3 NOS

GINGER-MINCED 1 TSP

COCONUT GRATED-1 1/2 TBSP

SEASONING
OIL- 2 TSP

MUSTARD-1 TSP

FENUGREEK SEEDS-1 TSP

ASAFOETIDA-1 TSP

CURRY LEAVES-1 SPRIG


METHOD-In a pan heat oil add sliced onion salt,diced tomatoes and saute well till the tomatoes turn mushy.In a vessel mix ground paste with butter milk and turmeric powder.Pour this mixture over the sauteed veggies and simmer for few minutes and switch off.At last add the seasoning.
