INGREDIENTS TO ROAST AND GRIND


CORIANDER SEEDS- 1 TBSP

RED CHILIES- 8 NOS

GRAM DHAL- 4 TSP
                                                               

URAD DHAL- 4 TSP
                                                                

WHITE SESAME SEEDS- 3 TSP

METHI SEEDS- 1/2 TSP

GROUNDNUT- 5 TSP

OIL- 3 TSP






INGREDIENTS TO GRIND TO PASTE


COCONUT GRATED- 1 TBSP



TAMARIND- SIZE OF SMALL GOOSEBERRY


GARLIC CLOVES- 5 NOS

ONION- 1  MEDIUM SIZED
                                                  



OTHER INGREDIENTS

BRINJAL- 1/2 KG

TURMERIC POWDER- 1/2 TSP

OIL- 1 1/2 TBSP

SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE.                                            


                                       
PREPARATION

Roast all the ingredients and grind to a little coarse powder.Grind all the ingredients( in the column grind to paste) in raw form and keep it aside.Wash and slit brinjal in length wise.Mix both the powder and the paste together and keep it aside.Stuff the mixed mixture inside the slit brinjal .In a pan heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil then place all the stuffed brinjal and close lid and allow it to cook.When the brinjal gets cooked the colour of the veggie turns to slight brown.
