There are various recipes involving double beans. But this is a simple and easy recipe suited for plai rice,chapati and puri.
INGREDIENTS TO GRIND
Onion mrdium sized- 1 no
Green chillies-3 nos
Garlic cloves- 4 nos
OTHER INGREDIENTS
Oil- 1tbsp
Bay leaf- 1 no
Cinnamon-1 small piece
Onion chopped- 2 nos
Tomatoes chopped-2 nos
Garam masala or curry masala powder- 3/4 tsp
Procedure-
Soak and steam cook double beans and keep it aside. Grind onion,green chillies and garlic cloves to fine paste using little water. In a pan heat oil add bay leaf,cinnamon,chopped onions,tomatoes,ground paste,salt and saute well. Add garam masala powder and simmer in mild heat add steamed double beans and mix well and switch off
