INGREDIENTS TO GRIND

COCONUT-1 TBSP

RED CHILIES-5-6 NOS

SESAME SEEDS WHITE-5 TSP

OTHER INGREDIENTS

COCONAECIA-500 GRAMS

ONION-2 NOS

GARLIC CLOVES-7-8 NOS

CUMIN SEEDS-2 TSP

OIL-1 TBSP

SALT TO TASTE.

METHOD-In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds,when it splutters add chopped onion,minced garlic
chopped coccinia,salt when its three fourth cooked add the ground masala saute well till the masala blends well with veggies.

POTATO CAPSICUM PEAS MASALA CURRY



INGREDIENTS TO GRIND

GRATED COCONUT-1 TBSP

CORIANDER POWDER- 3 TSP

RED CHILI POWDER-2 TSP

FENNEL SEEDS-1 TSP

GARLIC CLOVES-5 NOS

GINGER- 1/2 INCH


OTHER INGREDIENTS                   

POTATO- 4OO GRAMS(Steamed)

CAPSICUM-2 NOS

FRESH PEAS-150 GRAMS

ONION- 2 NOS

OIL-2 TBSP

SALT TO TASTE.

METHOD-Grind all ingredients to paste and keep it aside.In a pan add oil,when its hot add chopped onion,ground masala paste,salt saute well till the raw flavor of the masala goes off,add chopped capsicum,fresh peas then add chopped steamed potatoes and blend well till masala coats well with the potatoes.
