MANGALORE BONDA






INGREDIENTS

MAIDA- 1 1/2 CUPS

RICE FLOUR- 1/4 CUP

CURD- 2 CUPS

GREEN CHILIES CHOPPED- 2 NOS

CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TSP

GINGER GRATED- 1 TSP

OIL FOR FRYING

ASAFOETIDA 

- 3/4 TSP

COOKING SODA- 1/2 TSP

SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE











PREPARATION

In a bowl add all the ingredients with little water to thick batter.In a pan heat oil.Using hand or spoon drop the batter to round shaped bondas and deep fry till crisp.Serve with coconut chutney.
